With the blessings from Almighty, we have started with the execution of number of projects that serve the targeted segments. With our various strategic partners; we initiated the development of a five-star hotel in Al Khuwair district in the governorate of Muscat near Al Khuwair Heights Complex on a total build up area of 38,000 square meters. The hotel promotes well being through modern life style that meets the requirements of the modern time and suit the targeted groups in the society.

Another project, the start of which was recently announced, is an environment-friendly commercial development, on a total build up area of 22,000 square meters located in Watiyah.

Over and above these projects, with a number of investors we set up a joint stock company specialized in offering logistics solutions under the name of Omani Integrated Logistics Services.

The implementation of these projects falls within the framework of the development plan that the company has developed for the midterm future which meets local market demands of the targeted segments, and add a new dimension to the real estate sector that matches the life style of the target segments and preserve our environment.
